Halle Berry, Gothika y Seduciendo a un extraño

Halle Berry se ha dejado ver por España promocionando Seduciendo a un extraño (Perfect Stranger), donde comparte cartel con Bruce Willis, del que son noticia sus últimas películas, Grindhouse (de la que hablo bastante) y La Jungla de Cristal 4 (Live Free or Die Hard en Siga a ee taxi). Lo cierto es que la de Ohio me enamoró en su papel de secretaria en Los Picapiedra y me convenció en el año 2001 con Monster's Ball (actuación que le valió un Oscar) y Operación Swordfish (no todo lo que he oído hablar sobre esta película es bueno pero lo cierto es que me gustó bastante). Luego vendría su papel de chica Bond en Die Another Day y las secuelas que completan la (hasta el momento) trilogía de X-Men (2 y 3), que habían tenido un origen en la primera parte estrenada en el año 2000.Pero la verdad es que cuando la he visto en televisión he recordado su película Gothika, en la que encarna a una psiquiatra de un carcelcomio (mitad carcel mitad manicomio) en el que, por cierto, está internada nuestra Penélope Cruz. Sin entrar en una sesuda y minuciosa crítica he de decir que la película me gustó bastante y hoy, cuando la he vuelto ha ver, me ha causado la misma buena impresión que al principio. Una idea original, aunque por ponerle un pero, demasiado metafísica. Una tensión mantenida. Unas actuaciones más que decentes (aunque no me guste la voz de Penélope) y buen final.
Lo dicho, una típica visita fugaz que me ha servido para hablar un poco del estreno de su película, del resto de su filmografía y de la película de ella que más me apetecía.Vía Foto| El Periódico
P.D.: Aunque me apetecía hablar de Halle Berry, no creo que Seduciendo a un extraño sea el estreno de la semana. Me apetece muchísimo más ver la última perla de Mark Wahlberg (debo de confesar que es un actor que me encanta), Shooter
